Our Commitment to Equality
In line with our core values of being innovative, inclusive, and collaborative, our Trust champions equality for all. We embrace difference as a source of creativity and progress, ensuring that everyone feels valued and respected. We work together to remove barriers so that every individual can flourish. Inclusion is at the heart of our decision-making. We strive to create inclusive environments across all our schools where everyone feels valued, respected and able to achieve their full potential regardless of background, identity, or circumstance.
Health and Safety
'The Collective Community Trust Board recognises and accepts its responsibility for providing a safe and healthy environment for our employees, our pupils, contractors who support our activities, and for our visitors.
We will take all reasonable steps to fulfil these responsibilities within the framework of the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974, the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and all other associated regulations.
As a newly formed Trust we are working hard to write a policy that reflects the Trusts aims and aspirations regarding Health and Safety in our schools and while we continue to support schools during this period of change we devolve the current management of Health and Safety to the school Head Teacher in the interim where the individual School Policy and Procedures must be adhered to.'
